You Matter 2

You Matter 2 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Flossmoor, IL that fosters leadership and personal growth in South Suburban youth through diverse programs and initiatives. The organization, founded by Destiny Watson, serves 6th-12th grade students by providing them with a safe space to develop positive relationships, discover their passions, and build skills in leadership development, enrichment, mental wellness, and college and career readiness. You Matter 2 is committed to empowering youth to be active participants in their communities and making a positive difference through service while celebrating cultural heritage.
