Northfield Township Food Pantry – Food Distribution Center

The Northfield Township Food Pantry, located at 2550 Waukegan Road in Glenview, Illinois, was founded over 40 years ago to assist township residents experiencing food insecurity. Established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and agency of the Greater Chicago Food Depository in April 2003, the pantry distributes perishable and non-perishable food items and grocery store cards to eligible families in Glenview, Northbrook, and Northfield. Sustained entirely by community donations from residents, civic organizations, schools, businesses, and faith communities—with no tax dollars used—the pantry operates under the mission “Hunger is Unacceptable in Our Community.”
