Good Samaritan House

Good Samaritan House of Granite City is a nonprofit homeless shelter located at 1825 Delmar Avenue in Granite City, IL, founded in 1998 by a local ministerial alliance. The organization provides emergency shelter and supportive services to homeless women and children in a Christian environment, offering temporary housing for up to ten women and their children with stays up to 90 days, along with meals, life skills training, and assistance with employment and school enrollment. Since its establishment, Good Samaritan House has served more than 5,000 women and children experiencing homelessness in the Metro-East region.
