Partners for Our Communities

Partners for Our Communities (POC) is a nonprofit organization serving the northwest suburbs since 1992, with a Hanover Park location at 1515 W. Lake Street at Ascension Health. The organization empowers underserved immigrants and community members through comprehensive programs in adult literacy and employment, education, health and wellness, youth and family services, and workforce development. POC collaborates with over 40 organizations across the region and operates a community Micro-Pantry, reflecting its commitment to supporting diverse populations ranging from teenagers to seniors.
