United Way of Will County

United Way of Will County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based at 54 North Ottawa Street, Suite 300 in Joliet, Illinois, that has served the community for over 75 years since its establishment in 1965. The organization fights for the health, safety, education, and self-sufficiency of Will County residents by raising and allocating funds to support local nonprofits providing human care services, while also directly addressing issues such as food insecurity, homelessness, and emergency assistance. As the Lead Agency for the Will County Continuum of Care, United Way collaborates with community organizations to prevent and end homelessness across Will, Kendall, and Grundy Counties, and operates 211, a free service connecting residents to local community resources.
