Kankakee County Community Services, Inc. (KCCSI) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency incorporated in 1986 to fight poverty locally through the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. Located at 657 East Court Street, Suite 207 in Kankakee, the organization empowers low-income individuals and families in Kankakee County through comprehensive programs including utility assistance, food pantry services, workforce training, energy efficiency improvements, and employment opportunities for youth and seniors.
