Western Illinois Regional Council & Community Action Agency (WIRC-CAA) is a nonprofit organization headquartered at 133 West Jackson Street in Macomb, Illinois, that partners with people and communities to improve lives and neighborhoods across multiple western Illinois counties, including Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, Knox, and Warren counties. The agency provides comprehensive social services to income-eligible residents, including utility bill assistance through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), weatherization services, domestic and sexual violence victim services, scholarships, and food pantry access.
