Western Illinois Regional Council & Community Action Agency (WIRC-CAA) is a nonprofit organization headquartered at 133 West Jackson Street in Macomb, Illinois, that partners with people and communities to improve lives and neighborhoods across multiple western Illinois counties, including Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, Knox, and Warren counties.
