Embarras River Basin Agency

Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. (ERBA) is a nonprofit community action agency dedicated to serving at-risk, low-income individuals and families across nine counties in central Illinois, including its Clark County Outreach Office located at 2 W Cumberland Street in Martinsville. The organization provides comprehensive services including the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for utility bill assistance, Head Start early childhood education programs, and community development block grant services to help families achieve greater self-sufficiency.
