Matteson Area Public Library District

Matteson Area Public Library District is a publicly funded library serving the South Suburbs of Illinois, located at 801 School Avenue in Matteson. The library provides services and community events to a diverse population of approximately 19,000 residents, maintaining a collection of over 85,600 volumes and circulating approximately 243,600 items annually. As a member of the Reaching Across Illinois Library System, the library offers programs and resources including youth services, computer facilities, and community partnerships while supporting access to knowledge and imagination for all patrons.
