Cope

COPE (Christian Outreach Program Emergency) is a food pantry located at 1013 North Ave. in Metropolis, Illinois, that has provided food assistance to families and individuals in Massac County for nearly 40 years. Operating as a nonprofit, COPE distributes groceries to county residents through its main location and multiple distribution points, supported by community donations, volunteers, and the Plant a Row, Watch COPE Grow garden initiative in partnership with University of Illinois Extension.
