Milan Christian Food Pantry

Milan Christian Food Pantry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families facing food insecurity in the Milan, Illinois area. Founded in November 2013 through a partnership of six local churches supported by an $18,000 grant from the Brissman Foundation, the pantry has grown to serve approximately 300 families monthly, distributing nonperishable food from its location at 225 E 1st Street. Operating hours are Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with five area churches—including St. Matthew Lutheran, St. Ambrose, Trinity United Methodist, First Presbyterian, and St. Patrick’s—continuing to support the mission.
