A Small Hand – Piatt County Cares is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located at 315 East Center Street in Monticello, Illinois that operates an infant and diaper pantry serving Piatt County residents. Since its formation, the organization has provided essential support to low-income families with young children by distributing diapers, infant hygiene products, baby formula, and food to those in need, delivering over 4,000 diapers and 1,200 pounds of food monthly to the community.
