The Farm-Fresh Enterprise Development Cooperative (FarmFED Co-op) in Mount Pulaski, Illinois operates a food processing and freezing facility that connects regional farmers with larger institutional buyers including schools, hospitals, and grocery stores by preserving fresh produce in bulk quantities.
