Angels On Assignment Angel Center

Angels on Assignment Angel Center is the signature ministry of the First United Methodist Church of Mount Vernon, Illinois, providing assistance for basic family needs including rent, food, and utilities for Jefferson County residents. Founded in 1991, the all-volunteer organization operates a food pantry, thrift shop, and financial assistance program, with revenues from the thrift shop supporting their community services.
