Touch My Heart

Touch My Heart is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 and dedicated to enhancing the health, wellness, and quality of life of people with disabilities, their families, and the community. Located in Naperville, Illinois, the organization provides services including a mobile Fresh Market food pantry, recreational and educational programs, and The Farm—an outdoor therapeutic space featuring therapy chickens and training programs. Touch My Heart operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and serves the special needs community through nutrition initiatives, wellness opportunities for socialization and inclusion, and quality of life enrichment activities.
