Embarras River Basin Agency

Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. (ERBA) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency dedicated to serving low-income and at-risk individuals and families in south-central Illinois. Located at 904 W Jourdan Street in Newton, ERBA provides critical support programs including food assistance, energy support through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, family stability services, and Head Start programs across nine counties including Jasper, Coles, Crawford, and Edgar counties.
