Smart Farm

Smart Farm of Barrington is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization located in North Barrington, Illinois that grows fresh organic produce and donates harvests to local food pantries serving communities including Barrington, Carpentersville, Elgin, Lake Zurich, and Wauconda. Founded in 2009 and partnered with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, the organization operates approximately 10 acres and also provides educational programs on sustainable gardening and healthy eating to adults and children in the community.
