Oak Park Homelessness Coalition

The Oak Park Homelessness Coalition (OPHC) is a multi-stakeholder coalition comprised of over 50 organizations and individuals working to end homelessness in Oak Park, Illinois. The coalition aims to make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time through collaborative efforts including community outreach, resource coordination, and advocacy work. Located in Oak Park with a base at the Oak Park Library, the OPHC partners with local government, nonprofits, faith organizations, and community members to provide emergency services, housing assistance, and support resources to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
