Oblong Children’s Christian Home

Oblong Children’s Christian Home is a nonprofit ministry of the Christian Church and Churches of Christ serving abused and troubled children ages 5 to 16 in Oblong and Fairfield, Illinois. Founded in 1969, the organization provides family-style residential care with Christian-centered support, therapeutic services including equestrian programs, and individualized education through its on-campus school. The facility has earned a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator and maintains strong community partnerships with medical, psychiatric, and educational professionals to help children heal and either reunite with their families or transition to independent living.
