Partners for Our Communities

Partners for Our Communities (POC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located at 1585 N. Rand Road in Palatine, Illinois that empowers underserved individuals and families through education, workforce development, and community programs. Founded in 1995, POC has grown from a single-staff operation to a 17-person team providing adult literacy and employment services, health and wellness programs, youth development, and family engagement initiatives across multiple community locations in Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, and Hanover Park.
