Family House of Peoria – Healthcare Hospitality House

Family House of Peoria is a nonprofit healthcare hospitality house established in 1985 that provides affordable, home-like accommodations and compassionate services for families of patients receiving medical treatment at area hospitals. Located at 1339 E Nebraska Avenue in Peoria, Illinois, the organization operates a 20-room facility and welcomes families from throughout the nation while providing thousands of nights of lodging annually at minimal or no cost. Founded through a partnership between the Junior League of Peoria and local hospitals, Family House remains actively supported by community volunteers and donors who help families navigate the financial and emotional stress of serious health challenges.
