Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service

Since 1951, Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service has provided support and relief to Peoria’s most vulnerable individuals and families. Located at 800 NE Madison Ave in Peoria, IL, this nonprofit faith-based organization serves approximately 7,000 people annually through comprehensive programs including food assistance, youth and adult education, employment training, health services, and emergency support. With a mission rooted in Christian service, the organization focuses on providing wrap-around services and coaching to break the cycle of poverty in Peoria’s Near North Side and East Bluff neighborhoods.
