Phoenix Community Development Services

Founded in 1982 as South Side Office of Concern, Phoenix Community Development Services is a nonprofit organization based in Peoria, IL dedicated to ending homelessness and helping individuals achieve stability and self-sufficiency. The organization provides permanent supportive housing, homeless outreach services, employment assistance, and community development programs to residents throughout the Peoria area, having developed and operated over 150 units of supportive housing while pioneering innovative initiatives including scattered-site housing, youth supportive housing, and medical respite care programs.
