The Well House

The Well House is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry located at 701 Broadway Street in Quincy, Illinois, dedicated to supporting women exiting incarceration or at risk of incarceration. Founded in 1996 as a jail ministry that began with volunteers visiting the Adams County jail, the organization expanded to provide residential housing, vocational training, spiritual guidance, and practical support services to help women successfully transition back into their communities. The Well House operates entirely through donations and offers both residential programs for women in transition and outreach services for those at risk.
