Hub Kitchen is a culinary incubator located at 7225 W North Avenue in River Forest, Illinois, offering shared commercial kitchen space to food-based entrepreneurs including caterers, bakers, and food truck operators. Launched in 2024 by longtime River Forest residents Dan and Misty Olson, the facility succeeded RF Kitchen after it closed following 10 years of operation, continuing to serve the local culinary community with fully-equipped kitchens available 24/7, flexible rental plans, and consultative support from experienced business owners.
