Heart Of Hope Outreach

Heart of Hope Outreach is a nonprofit organization and ministry based in Rock Island, Illinois, dedicated to providing hope and healing to the hurting in the community. Located at 1740 9th Avenue, the organization operates multiple resource centers and serves residents of Rock Island and the greater Quad Cities area through its food pantry, youth programs, homework help tutoring, and other essential services. Since its founding approximately 10 years ago, Heart of Hope has provided food and support to thousands of residents while working to revitalize Rock Island neighborhoods through community partnerships and volunteer-driven initiatives.
