Western Egyptian Economic Opportunity Council is a nonprofit social service organization serving Randolph, Monroe, and Perry counties in Illinois with headquarters in Sparta. The organization provides food pantries, crisis-based assistance including rental and utility help, energy assistance programs, and weatherization services to low-income residents in the region.
