Salt Fork Food Works Food Hub

Salt Fork Food Works is a Champaign-Urbana-based collective of restaurants, cafes, and food producers that opened a year-round Farmers Market Food Hub in downtown Springfield at 308 E. Adams Street in partnership with The Farms of Illinois. The hub features artisan breads and pastries, farmstead cheeses, seasonal produce, meats, and pantry goods from local and regional producers, operating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and also functions as a distribution point for local restaurants, retailers, and institutions to support the regional food system.
