Baker Memorial United Methodist Church

Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, located at 307 Cedar Avenue in downtown St. Charles, Illinois, was founded in 1837 and serves as a vital faith community dedicated to experiencing Christianity for today’s world. The current church building was a gift from Colonel Edward J. Baker in memory of his parents and was dedicated on September 19, 1954. Beyond its role as a place of worship, the church actively engages in community service and missions, while also serving as a popular venue for weddings and special events.
