Between Friends Food Pantry of Sugar Grove

Between Friends Food Pantry of Sugar Grove is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2008 as a family project by the Taylor family of Sugar Grove. Located at 143 S. Main Street behind the Sugar Grove Community Building, the pantry provides weekly grocery assistance, household supplies, personal hygiene products, school supplies, and emergency food boxes to residents facing food insecurity in Sugar Grove and surrounding communities. The organization partners with the Northern Illinois Food Bank and local businesses through programs like the Direct Connect food rescue initiative, and receives support from food drives organized by local schools, scout troops, and civic organizations.
