First Baptist Church of University Park

First Baptist Church of University Park is a Baptist congregation located at 450 University Parkway in University Park, Illinois, founded as a mission in 1960. The church is affiliated with American Baptist Churches USA and is committed to serving its community through traditional worship services, programs including children’s ministry, youth groups, and community service initiatives. The congregation moved to its current site in 1962 and adopted its current name in 1984 when the community of Park Forest South was renamed University Park.
