Crisis Nursery

Crisis Nursery of Champaign County, located at 1309 W Hill Street in Urbana, Illinois, is a nonprofit organization established in 1984 dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect by providing free 24-hour emergency childcare for children birth through age six with no income eligibility requirements. The organization offers crisis care, family support services, parenting education, and respite care to strengthen families experiencing crisis, and operates 365 days a year as the only emergency-based childcare facility of its kind in Champaign County.
