Eastern Illinois Foodbank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 2405 N Shore Drive in Urbana, Illinois, established in 1983 to alleviate hunger in eastern Illinois. The organization serves as the primary food source for more than 160 emergency food programs, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and homeless shelters across 18 counties, acquiring and distributing millions of pounds of food and grocery products through purchase and donation while also operating specialized programs for children, seniors, and veterans.
