Cool Ministries

COOL Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1982 by six Lutheran churches in the Waukegan and North Chicago area, headquartered at 800 West Glen Flora Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois. The organization provides comprehensive assistance to families in need through programs including an emergency food pantry with nutritionally balanced items, family housing assistance for homeless families, and support for veterans, with a mission focused on reducing hunger and homelessness while promoting personal growth and self-sufficiency.
