The Roberti Community House is a nonprofit organization in Waukegan, Illinois that serves as a neighborhood gathering place dedicated to nourishing, educating, and empowering community members. Founded in 2011 by Maribeth Roberti, the organization operates from its location on 8th Street and offers diverse programming including youth development, culinary training through the Roberti Culinary Pathway, food support for struggling families, and classes in yoga, art, cooking, and English. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the organization collaborates with local schools, churches, hospitals, and government agencies to provide comprehensive support and workforce development opportunities to residents of Waukegan’s high-poverty neighborhoods.
