Crosswalk Community Action Agency

Crosswalk Community Action Agency is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating poverty and improving conditions in which people live, work, and learn. Located at 410 West Main Street in West Frankfort, Illinois, the agency administers programs including Energy Assistance, Home Repair and Rehabilitation, Home Weatherization, and Scholarships for low-income and disadvantaged individuals and families across Franklin, Williamson, and Jefferson counties. Created in 2000 through the consolidation of Big Muddy Community Action Agency and Volunteer Services Incorporated, Crosswalk CAA remains committed to helping clients become self-sufficient while addressing their immediate needs.
