People’s Resource Center

People’s Resource Center, located at 201 S. Naperville Road in Wheaton, Illinois, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing hunger and poverty in DuPage County. Founded in 1975, PRC operates a comprehensive food pantry, clothes closet, and provides essential services including rent assistance, job training, computer access, and financial literacy programs to help nearly 30,000 residents annually. With a dedicated team of over 2,500 volunteers and recent expansion to a new 11,000-square-foot facility at 211 S. Naperville Road, the organization continues to serve its mission of promoting dignity and justice while creating hope and opportunity for DuPage County residents facing economic hardship.
