Hoosier Hills Food Bank

Hoosier Hills Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating hunger in south-central Indiana, serving Brown, Lawrence, Orange, Owen, Martin, and Monroe counties. Founded in November 1982 in Bloomington, the food bank collects, stores, and distributes food to over 100 nonprofit agencies and provides more than five million pounds of food annually to families, children, seniors, and individuals facing food insecurity. As an affiliate of Feeding America and member of United Way of Monroe County, the organization is recognized for its commitment to food safety and community engagement, relying on thousands of volunteers and donors to support its mission.
