Hancock County Food Pantry
About
The Hancock County Food Pantry began in the late 1980s and early 1990s as an emergency food box program started by Faith United Methodist Church members, officially launching in April 1993. Operating as a 100% volunteer-based organization, the pantry secures food and hygiene items through purchases and donations to serve Hancock County residents who meet government income guidelines, averaging 1,000 households monthly.
