Adel Mobile Food Pantry

The Good Samaritan Food Pantry in Adel, Iowa provides access to basic needs including shelf-stable and fresh food items to residents of the ADM School District, Van Meter School District, and surrounding areas. Located at 215 North 11th Street in the former Adel Middle School lunchroom, this nonprofit organization operates with extended hours including weekday and weekend services. The pantry served approximately 1,450 households last year and partners with the Food Bank of Iowa to deliver a mobile pantry program to the community on the fourth Monday of each month.
