Heartland of Story County

Heartland Senior Services of Story County is a nonprofit organization located at 205 S. Walnut Avenue in Ames, Iowa, serving older adults in the community for over 40 years. The organization operates the 60Forward Center and provides life-enriching programs including an adult day center, noon meals, Meals on Wheels delivery, social activities, and outreach services designed to help seniors maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Through partnerships with Ames Parks & Recreation and Mary Greeley Medical Center, Heartland of Story County remains a vital community resource for those 60 and older throughout Story County.
