Community Action of Southeast Iowa

Community Action of Southeast Iowa, founded in 1965, is a nonprofit organization serving Des Moines, Henry, Lee, and Louisa counties from its central office at 2850 Mt. Pleasant Street in Burlington. The agency provides comprehensive services including housing assistance, food pantry support, energy assistance, WIC nutrition programs, Head Start early childhood education, weatherization, and employment counseling to low-income individuals and families throughout the region.
