New Opportunities, Inc. is a nonprofit Community Action Agency headquartered at 23751 Highway 30 East in Carroll, Iowa, serving seven western Iowa counties including Audubon, Calhoun, Carroll, Dallas, Greene, Guthrie, and Sac.
