Arc of East Central Iowa

The Arc of East Central Iowa is a nonprofit organization located at 680 2nd Street SE in Cedar Rapids that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to engage in lifelong opportunities to live, learn, work, play, and advocate with full dignity and inclusion in their communities. Founded in 1953, the organization provides comprehensive services including supported employment programs, workplace training, and community-based support across six counties in east central Iowa. The Arc serves as an economic driver and facilitator of change, working daily to foster learning, friendships, and meaningful inclusion for those with disabilities through services in the home, workplace, and at their facility.
