Horizons East Central Iowa

Horizons, A Family Service Alliance is a Cedar Rapids-based nonprofit headquartered at 819 5th Street SE that has served East Central Iowa since 1980. The organization provides comprehensive human services including financial wellness and credit counseling, family outreach programs, mental health counseling, Meals on Wheels, and affordable neighborhood transportation services. Dedicated to instilling hope and strengthening communities, Horizons serves underserved populations across Linn and Johnson Counties through programs designed to improve individual and family wellbeing, promote self-sufficiency, and enhance accessibility to vital services.
