Northwest Neighborhood Resource Center

The Northwest Neighborhood Resource Center is a nonprofit facility operated by the Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) located at 230 10th Street NW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The center houses a food market and a Head Start Early Childhood Education program aimed at serving families in need on Cedar Rapids’ northwest side, and also provides access to clothing, household items, and connections to other community resources. The facility officially reopened in December 2024 after HACAP acquired and renovated the former Olivet Neighborhood Mission building.
