River of Life Church

River of Life Church is a nondenominational Christian church located at 3801 Blairs Ferry Road NE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, founded in 1995 with a mission to serve the community through faith-based initiatives. The church experienced severe damage from the August 2020 derecho that destroyed its sanctuary, but successfully rebuilt and reopened for worship services in 2026. River of Life Church is actively involved in community service, operating a weekly food pantry every Wednesday morning that serves families in need regardless of religious affiliation, and offers contemporary and traditional worship services alongside youth programs, adult education, and community outreach initiatives.
