Community Action of Eastern Ia

Community Action of Eastern Iowa is the designated Community Action Agency serving Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties in Iowa, with a Clinton office located at 350 5th Avenue N. Founded in the summer of 1965, the organization provides comprehensive services to over 25,000 people annually, including Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs, utility assistance, and various family support services aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of poverty.
