Victory Center Ministries

Founded in 1987, Victory Center Ministries is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization headquartered at 505 9th Avenue South in Clinton, Iowa. The ministry provides emergency shelter, food, temporary and transitional housing, employment assistance, and counseling services to men, women, and families in need, with capacity for up to 48 residents and support funded entirely through charitable donations and community contributions.
