South Central Iowa Community Action Program

South Central Iowa Community Action Program (SCICAP) is a nonprofit community action agency serving Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Monroe, and Wayne Counties in Iowa since its founding in 1965. The organization operates multiple locations including a Corydon office and provides services such as Head Start/Early Head Start programs, utility and energy assistance, food pantries, family development services, and weatherization assistance to approximately 4,000 people annually.
